We first look at how to pick the right goals. Which goal, for instance, will offer you the best chance of success? How ambitious should you be? Should you go for long-term or short-term goals? How many goals should you take on at once?
We then move on to outline how to shape and execute your goals. This includes why your goals should be clear, specific, detailed, measurable, and objective. We outline the best ways to set yourself up for success, including rigorous planning, and crucially, adopting the right mindset.
