Kirsten is a dynamic people & organisation development specialist, with over 18 years of international HR, learning & development, organisational change and development experience.

She is passionate about supporting and enabling people and teams to be the best they can be. Having worked in various generalist HR roles she developed a particular passion for Learning and Organisational Development, focusing on Leadership and Management development, facilitation, team building and coaching.

Kirsten has been privileged to work with teams and facilitated learning with national, international and cross cultural teams across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the UK; working with leaders and groups at all levels from senior national and international teams, managers, staff and volunteers.

Kirsten enjoys working with individuals and teams to unlock their potential and to develop high performing motivated teams who are able to work together effectively and creatively to achieve success.
