Signature

Everyone produces the brand. Learn to see the part that is yours.

A practical 90-minute workshop for anyone who wants to see the brand they personally produce. Most people treat brand as marketing's job. This session shows that to the customer, every interaction adds up to one impression, and everyone shapes a part of it. Using the Line of Sight tool, participants trace one piece of their own work forward to the moment a customer feels it, notice the impression it actually creates, and decide where to give their signature deliberate focus.

three

Leave aware of the signature you produce, and clear on one surface you will give deliberate focus

About the session

Most people think brand is marketing's job. But everyone contributes.

Most people think brand is marketing's job. But the customer doesn't care about your org chart.

Every interaction adds up to one impression, and everyone in the organisation shapes a part of it, mostly without noticing. Signature is a practical 90-minute workshop that teaches you to see the brand you personally produce. Using Line of Sight, you trace one piece of your own work forward to the moment a customer feels it, follow it through the handovers where brand is really made or lost, and notice the impression it creates. Then you choose one surface to treat as yours, and sign it on purpose.

Plain and practical throughout. Ninety minutes, and a tool you can use on your own work the same week.

Available as an in-person or virtual session. Suitable for cross-functional groups, team development days, and open-enrolment learning programmes.

Who it's for

Built for anyone who produces a part of the brand, which is everyone.

Individuals developing their brand instinct

Anyone who wants to see how their own work reaches the customer, whatever their seniority or function. You apply Line of Sight to one piece of your own work.

Cross-functional teams and learning groups

Team development days and open-enrolment programmes. An intact team can stitch their individual lines into one shared customer journey and find the handover gaps.

Next step

Bring it into your own team.

Every engagement starts the same way: a 30-minute call to understand the team, the situation, and what good would look like. From there, we agree the shape of the workshop together.
