What these are

One seat.
Mixed room.

Core Workshops and Skill Builders are run privately, for one team. Open Workshops are the opposite. They are scheduled in advance, and you book a seat as an individual, or with a few colleagues.

The room is a mix of leaders from different organisations and sectors. That mix is the point. You get the methodology, the tools, and the frameworks, and you also get the valuable perspective of a dozen other senior people wrestling with the same problems in completely different contexts.

Open Workshops suit individual leaders, senior HR and people professionals, and anyone considering bringing the methodology into their own organisation, but who wants to experience it first. They also work well as a development option for a single high-potential leader.

Before you book

Common questions.

Who is in the room?

A mix of senior leaders, function heads, founders, and senior HR and people professionals, drawn from different organisations and sectors. Cohorts are kept small so there is room for everyone to contribute.

Is this useful if I cannot bring my team?

Yes. That is precisely what Open Workshops are for. You get the full methodology and tools as an individual, and the mixed-room format gives you perspectives you would never get in an internal session. Many people attend an open workshop first, then bring a private Core Workshop to their own team afterwards.

Can I send several people?

You can. Team rates are available for three or more seats on the same date - get in touch for more details, and you can also arrange payment via invoice if that helps. That said, if you are sending a whole intact team, a private workshop is usually the better-value and higher-impact option. I'm happy to advise on which fits.

What if the date sells out?

Open Workshops are capped deliberately. If a date is full, you can either email me or sign up for the newsletter, and you will be notified first when new dates are scheduled. The newsletter often includes discount codes.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund up to four weeks before the event date. Within four weeks, you are welcome to transfer your seat to a colleague or move to a later cohort.

Bringing a whole team?

A private workshop is usually the better fit.

Open Workshops are built for individuals and small groups. If you are looking to work with an intact leadership team, a private workshop will go deeper and cost less per head.
