When to use it

Use Debrief Session a week or two after a workshop, once the dust has settled. Reviewing the discussions and outcomes together, with fresh perspective, is the moment to agree what worked, what to build on and the recommended next steps.

Use it when

  • A workshop has finished and enough time has passed to reflect properly.
  • You want to review outcomes and agree next steps together.
  • The client would value tailored recommendations after the event.

Not the right tool when

  • The workshop has only just ended and reactions are still raw.
  • A written record is what is needed. Use Summary Report.
