In Detail

Spend an enlightening session with your team exploring individual personalities and how they intersect in a work environment.

Prior to the workshop, choose to take either the Myers-Briggs or Insights assessment.

  • Myers-Briggs categorises individuals into one of 16 personality types based on four dichotomies: Extraversion/Introversion, Sensing/Intuition, Thinking/Feeling, and Judging/Perceiving.
  • Insights Discovery identifies preferences in four colour energies, helping individuals understand their work style and how to adapt and connect with others.

We can help you choose which is best for your team. Sessions are led by accredited facilitators.

We'll unpack the results together, highlighting how each team member's traits can influence team dynamics. There'll also be interactive exercises aimed at better understanding each personality type and how they contribute to team objectives. We'll help you define specific actions to enhance collaboration, taking into account the rich tapestry of personalities within your team.

Like our other workshops, "Team Personalities" is engineered to provide you with actionable insights for immediate application in your day-to-day teamwork.

TESTIMONIAL
Really positive and insightful approach. Love the tools used and Guy had a really great tone. It brought the best out of the team - allowing them a chance to be heard and engage but also to feel they owned the solutions. Definitely recommend.

What exactly is a Talkshop?

We're glad you asked! Simply put, a Talkshop is a cross between a talk and a workshop. They're short, punchy, thought-provoking sessions. We take a key concept and explain it clearly, then help your team explore it together to understand how it can help them in their work.
