Johnnie has worked as a facilitator for 15 years in the UK and around the world, from Singapore to the Solomon Islands. He has spent four years as a visiting tutor at the Oxford Saïd Business School, working on its Strategic Leadership Programme.

Experience includes: Innovation workshops for the BBC, Channel 4 and Virgin Atlantic; conferences for National Public Radio, Swinburne University (Australia), Oxford University and Welsh Government; management think-tanks for National Public Radio and World Vision (Singapore); meetings and retreats for World Vision (Bangkok); the Commonwealth Secretariat, Genesis Oil, Amnesty International and the international OPEN Network.
