We guide participants to reflect on the most useful discoveries from the session: new insights about themselves, things they’ve learned about colleagues, where potential for collaboration became obvious.
We invite them to jot down practical ways they might apply this knowledge in their day-to-day work. That might mean adjusting how they approach certain tasks, teaming up with someone who complements their style, or simply having a follow-up conversation with a colleague to build on a moment of connection.
Depending on the group and context, we can structure this section in different ways. Some teams work individually to create personal action plans.
Others use a shared canvas to map opportunities for collaboration, knowledge-sharing or peer support. In some cases, teams agree on new norms or behaviours they want to adopt.
Whatever the format, the goal is the same: turn reflection into commitment. Without this step, the session risks becoming a feel-good moment with no follow-through.
With it, the energy and insight gained during the workshop becomes something more: a renewed sense of clarity, purpose and momentum that carries forward into the team’s everyday work.
