Define the qualities of a great teammate.
This exercise invites participants (Weird Science or Frankenstein style) to design the ultimate team mate. Are they someone who already exists or a mash up of some of your favourite people?

The dinner party is over, but you have the chance to create your own new ultimate team mate from the guest list.
Who might it be? Can you all decide on one of your guests to join your team or do you need to create some kind of Frankenstein team mate made up of the best qualities from your guests?
Only you can decide.

Use Ultimate Team Mate to spark a discussion about what makes a great teammate. Designing an ideal colleague, real or a mash-up of favourite qualities, surfaces the traits that matter, and often how many already exist within the team.

Using this tool with a skilled facilitator means that discussions are focused, time is used efficiently, and the group moves toward consensus, making the session productive and impactful.
