We'll begin by discussing approaches for communicating the strategy to all relevant stakeholders, including employees, customers, and shareholders. This will ensure that everyone is aware of the organisation's direction and can support your strategy's implementation.

Next we'll focus on deciding how you'll take steps to continually monitor and evaluate progress using KPIs.

Breakout sessions will be conducted to brainstorm and develop tactical plans to achieve the strategy, with identification of resources as well as potential risks and strategies to mitigate them.

By the end of the workshop your team will have a clear understanding of how to effectively communicate, execute, monitor and evaluate their strategy to achieve the organisation's objectives.
