A room of peers, every month, working on the real stuff.
Peer groups for experienced leaders who want a structured, high-value monthly session with other people running things at their level. Honest conversations, fresh insights, and real-world solutions from peers who actually understand what you're going through and know what to do next.
Big decisions. Big challenges. Sometimes a real sense of isolation that goes with the territory. A Strategy Circle puts you in a dedicated space where you can think, reflect, and challenge your thinking with people who understand the journey because they are on it themselves.
Real, no-nonsense advice from leaders who have already been there.
New ways of thinking that challenge and refine your approach.
See how others navigate similar challenges. Let them learn from yours.
Straight-talking insights from people you can actually trust.
Set goals and be challenged by the room to actually deliver on them.
The monthly working block is the engine. Around it sits a peer advisory network, full toolkit access, and ongoing support between sessions. Each part is described below.
Stop firefighting, start leading.
Once a month, we step out of the day-to-day noise for a three-hour intensive designed to solve your most pressing challenges in real time. These are not training sessions where you sit and listen, they are high-leverage working blocks. Monthly sessions are online, with a quarterly session in person (12 sessions in total).
Using my On The Same Page methodology, we identify the specific friction points in your team and strategy, pressure-test your solutions with a room of peers, and build a concrete action plan. Whether you are navigating a difficult board-level decision or unblocking a stalled team project, you'll leverage the collective intelligence of eleven other leaders to find the solution.
Your own advisory network.
High-level leadership thrives in an environment of shared insights. This is a dedicated space to pressure-test your ideas with other leaders who are navigating similar growth milestones. Each Circle is carefully curated to ensure you are surrounded by non-competing professionals who offer genuinely diverse perspectives on your specific goals.
You gain the Inside Track by accessing an honest second opinion on everything from team restructuring to new client strategies. The model lets you learn from the successes of others in real time, helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.
From concept to execution.
Access a full suite of strategic and team alignment frameworks designed to turn complex challenges into clear, actionable roadmaps. High-performing teams operate best when they share a common language. As a member, you gain full access to the full On The Same Page toolkit: a collection of visual canvases and structured activities that simplify decision-making.
The frameworks are built for immediate practical application, taking you quickly from high-level concepts to concrete execution. Whether you are mapping out a quarterly strategy or redesigning your team's systems and processes, the resources provide the structural scaffolding required to maintain momentum and deliver consistent results in your own organisation.
Support whenever you need it.
Access to peers, coaching, and resources when it matters most. The programme is built so that support is always just a click away, not stuck inside a quarterly calendar slot. I'm there to guide discussions and share proven methods for effective leadership and problem-solving.
Outside the scheduled sessions, you're encouraged to connect informally via a secure messaging platform. Optional one-to-one coaching, peer sharing sessions, a private online community, and occasional mixers with other Circles round out the experience.
I curate each group carefully to make sure the right mix of experience and ambition is in the room. The match matters more than the speed of joining.
Start with a short application to see if it is the right fit. Roughly ten minutes to complete.
A focused 30-minute call to explore how joining a Circle might support your specific objectives.
You'll get to meet a member of a circle so you can ask them about their experience.
Once it's a mutual match, you secure your seat in a dedicated group for the monthly sessions.
The Circle membership covers the monthly working block, the peer network, and the full toolkit. The Circle and 1-to-1 option adds dedicated monthly coaching with James, for leaders who want both formats running in parallel.
A team of peers, supporting and encouraging each other. When you experience the power of a group of diverse, yet like-minded people solving problems with you, you show up in your role with renewed vigour, confidence, and solutions that work.
Connect with peers facing similar challenges, opening doors to new collaborations and opportunities you wouldn't have found on your own.
Insights from the collective experience of the group, leading to more informed and effective decisions in the room and after it.
Set and achieve goals with the support and encouragement of peers who understand the journey, because they are on it themselves.
Practise and refine leadership techniques in a safe, supportive setting, enhancing your capabilities with real-time feedback.
A supportive environment where you can share challenges and successes, receiving empathy and advice in return, and offering it back.
A community of like-minded leaders who share your ambitions and challenges. The companionship is part of what makes the work sustainable.
James facilitated our sessions with a level of insight, empathy, and precision that brought clarity to our strategy and strengthened our alignment as a leadership team.
A cohort-based experience that brings together like-minded leaders in a structured setting to foster deep connections, share insights, and collaboratively tackle real challenges. You gain from the collective wisdom of the group, and you build a supportive network that supports your own progress for the year and beyond.
Each cohort runs for one year to allow sufficient time for deep connections to form and substantial progress to be made on personal and professional goals. Participants are expected to commit to attending all sessions to ensure consistency and to maximise the benefits of the programme for the group as a whole.
I work hard at the matching stage to make sure cohorts align well with each participant's goals and personality. However, if you do feel the cohort isn't the right fit, there are flexible options: a one-to-one discussion to address any concerns, or where appropriate, a transfer to a different group that may better meet your needs.
Yes. Private cohorts can be customised for groups or corporate teams, where you'd like the structure of a Circle running with your own people, perhaps from different teams within your organisation. You can advise on the cadence, activities, and duration that best suit your group, and I'll handle the rest.
Senior leaders, founders, CEOs, and heads of function who are running real organisations and want the structured support of peers operating at the same level. The programme tends to suit leaders who are open to new ideas, comfortable being challenged, and committed to the steady work of meaningful change.
The application takes less than ten minutes. From there, we have a short call to talk about your context, your goals, and which Circle might be the right match. No commitment, no pressure.
