How we typically approach client projects

Research

We start by setting up an in-depth phone call or meeting, to get as much detail as possible on your participants and desired outcomes.

We’ll work closely with you to fully understand the nuances of your project.

design & refine

We’ll talk you through our recommendations, and you can ask as many questions as you like and guide us through your vision of what you want to achieve.

We can work with you as much as needed in the run-up to the project to make sure we get everything right.

delivery

When the time comes, we’ll be the enthusiastic facilitator and coach, carefully guiding your group of participants through a series of activities & discussions most relevant to them. We’ll inspire ideas, tease out solutions, so people find common ground.

We provide all necessary stationery, including activity guides and worksheets. Or - if it’s a virtual session, we’ll use software to help us capture ideas and comments.

review & close

We’ll wrap up with a summary of key points and actions, and provide a written summary afterwards if required.

Finally we’ll hold a debrief meeting with you to share any learnings or next steps.

Visual Whiteboards

We bring many of our meetings and workshops to life with collaborative visual activities, like whiteboards and post-it notes. For remote sessions we replicate this experience using tools such as MURAL and Miro, where you can post virtual sticky notes and write on virtual whiteboards together.

Virtual Facilitation

We're increasingly invited to work with remote teams and participants working from home. Once you’re comfortable using virtual workshop software, the usual principles of running a great workshop or meeting apply: we create carefully designed, high energy events that help people generate ideas, solve problems, share opinions and make decisions.
Zoom & Microsoft Teams

Zoom & Microsoft Teams

We can use Zoom and Microsoft Teams to successfully replicate many areas of our face-to-face workshops. We use both apps to organise breakout groups when appropriate, and also utilise chat functions for sharing links & files and fielding questions. We don't charge for use of our Zoom & Teams accounts.
Expert Facilitation

When the day comes, we’ll carefully and skilfully guide your participants through a series of sessions and discussions to achieve your aims. We design sessions to keep the engagement and energy high, making sure everyone gets the chance to contribute. We’ll wrap up with key points and actions, and can record everything in a report afterwards if required.
