For example, giving someone performance feedback in front of others with the hope it’ll motivate them, but instead, it embarrasses them and damages trust. Or being too vague and leaving people unsure what the point was.

You’ll start to notice the patterns: when your feedback gets heard and acted on, and when it doesn’t. We look at your own style: how you typically give feedback, how that might come across to others, and how to tweak your approach depending on who you’re talking to.
