Outcomes

“A problem shared is a problem halved.” Or in this case, hopefully a problem solved! Knowing how to combine your strengths leads to powerful ways of working together.

In Detail

How to use our strengths individually and collectively.

The great thing about being part of a team is that you have access to not just your own strengths, but those of others too. We’ll take some time to call on those other strengths for help as part of a strengths swap session.

You’ll be encouraged to think of a problem you are currently having at work. This could be a strained relationship, a data analysis challenge, a confidence issue with a presentation or anything else. Then we’ll explore who else in the team has a strength that may be able to help you with this problem. You’ll pair up with someone who can help you for a discussion and problem solving.

We’ll do a further round of this so that each person has the chance to both help others with their own strengths and gain help from others.
