This session is suited to a team getting together regularly to check in on their strategy and fine tune where necessary - whether quarterly, every six months or annually.
You'll review your performance in depth over the last period, and look under the hood at how well things are working.
You'll also reassess the outside world to take note of any changes or conditions you need to adjust to.
Finally you'll create new approaches or solutions to issues identified, taking away tangible tasks and actions to take as a team.
