Sophie spent 10 years as a secondary school Science teacher before becoming a facilitator. She's worked on accelerated solutions projects with a range of national and international companies including Unilever, John Lewis LLP, IKEA, HMRC, M&S, Barclays Bank, assisting in the delivery of events and workshops for groups from 5 to 300 people in London, Sweden and Denmark.

When not facilitating she still tutors the Sciences and many of her students have gone onto further study in the fields of Medicine, Theoretical Physics, Biotechnology and Engineering.
