  • The opportunities you identified and what they look like now they are realised
  • What the results are from the improvements you implemented –what’s different now and what’s possible now that wasn’t before?
  • How is feels to be in this new future; both for you and your customers.
  • What opportunities now exist as a result of the improvements you’ve made.
