The Team High Performance Scorecard is a structured self-assessment tool based on the On The Same Page framework. It gives leadership teams a clear, shared view of where they are performing well and where the gaps are.
Teams score themselves across all five OTSP pillars: Strategy, Teamwork, Culture, Brand, and Leadership. The result is a baseline that drives an honest conversation about priorities.
Each team member completes the scorecard independently. This prevents anchoring and surfaces genuine differences in perception across the team.
Bring the individual scores together and look for alignment and divergence. The gaps are often the most useful data.
Use the results as the starting point for a facilitated discussion. The scorecard is a prompt, not a verdict. What matters is the conversation it opens up.
The scorecard covers the same five pillars as the OTSP framework. Each dimension has a set of statements the team rates on a simple scale.
Does the team have a clear direction? Do people understand the priorities and feel confident making decisions that support them?
Do people work well together? Are roles clear, communication open, and conflict handled constructively?
Does the team behave in a way that reflects its stated values? Is the culture consistent across different situations and pressures?
Does the team present itself consistently? Do people understand what the organisation stands for and tell that story with confidence?
Are people led well? Do leaders create the conditions for the team to perform? Is leadership development taken seriously here?
