Developing the clarity of direction that makes it possible to bring others with you.
Most leaders know roughly where they want to go. Fewer can articulate it in a way that genuinely motivates the people around them. This session explores what makes a compelling vision, how to develop one that is both ambitious and credible, and how to communicate it in a way that creates real alignment. Participants leave with greater clarity about their own direction and practical tools for shaping and sharing it.

Understand what distinguishes a compelling vision from a vague aspiration, and why the difference matters
Develop greater clarity about the direction you want to set for your team or organisation
Leave with a practical approach to shaping and communicating your vision in a way that creates genuine buy-in
Most leaders have a sense of where they want to go. Fewer can articulate it in a way that makes people want to follow.
Vision is one of those leadership concepts that is easy to underestimate. Most organisations have a version of one: a statement on the website, a slide in the all-hands presentation. A vision that actually does anything, that changes how people prioritise their time, resolve disagreements, and decide what is worth pursuing, is considerably rarer.
This session examines what separates the two. It looks at what a compelling vision actually does in an organisation, how to develop one that is specific enough to guide choices and human enough to connect with what people care about, and how to communicate it in a way that creates genuine alignment.
The session runs for 90 minutes. These often work well over lunch, and this timing can be flexed to suit your schedule.

A strong component within a wider programme. The session connects naturally to strategy and leadership work, giving direction the clarity that makes it usable.
No full team to bring? Individuals and small groups can join a scheduled open session and learn alongside people from other organisations.

Every engagement starts the same way: a 30-minute call to understand the team, the situation, and what good would look like. From there, we agree the shape of the workshop together.
“Our workshop with Creative Huddle achieved all our aims. It offered a chance for the team to think in different ways using different tools, some of which they have already put to use in other meetings. The second part of the session was a great practical exercise where the team agreed an action plan for our next steps that were solution driven. It was also brilliant to have someone independent of the team which freed me as manager to be more involved, and the team to be more confident about speaking up. Thanks Creative Huddle!”
